This PDU was designed and manufactured by API’s Power Solutions product line to be used in a variety of applications including educational and medical establishments.

(NASDAQ:ATNY) (“API” or the “Company”), a trusted provider of RF/microwave, microelectronics, and security solutions for critical and high-reliability applications, launched today a new high-power, dual entry power distribution unit (PDU). This dual input PDU (P/N: 72RA260BVFFN-00) is designed for applications where facility power and generator power co-exist to provide redundant power to IBM blade arrays. The design was derived from a PDU created for distributing power to the Cisco 6500E Catalyst product in customer sites.

ORLANDO, FL — April 30, 2012 — API Technologies Corp. This new PDU was designed and is being manufactured by API’s Spectrum Power product line and will be used in a Department of Defense (DoD) project.
