ORLANDO, FL  — December 6, 2011 — API Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:ATNY) (“API” or the “Company”), a provider of electronic systems, subsystems, RF, and secure systems for defense, aerospace, and commercial applications, announced today the availability of its new Spec Mini Solder-in Feed-thru Filter. This low pass filter is a new addition to the Spectrum Control line of EMI filters.  The Spec Mini Solder-in Feed-thru Filter (9909 Series) has a miniature case measuring 0.140” diameter (flange) x 0.120” diameter (barrel) with a body length of 0.110” and a total overall length of 0.400” including leads.

ORLANDO, FL — JULY 7, 2011 — API Technologies Corp. , a provider of electronic systems, subsystems, RF, and secure systems for defense, aerospace, and commercial applications, announced today the wide availability of the TEMPEST version of the Cryptek™ L-3 6200-SF Secure Fax.  This compact, plain-paper laser fax meets the requirements of NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92, Level I; CID09/15A, Level I; and SDIP-27 Level A, and is part of the Company’s Cryptek™ line of TEMPEST products.

Cryptek 6200-TSF TEMPEST Secure Fax

The Cryptek 6200-TSF TEMPEST Secure Fax is a cost-effective, plain-paper compact laser fax with data rates from 2.4 Kbps to 64 Kbps.  This fax meets the requirements of:  NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92, Level I; CID09/15A, Level I; and SDIP-27 Level A (providing the equipment and associated systems are installed to the requirements identified in SDIP-29).

This fax is compatible with L-3 STE and OMNI SCIP devices, General Dynamics SCIP and vIPer devices, and other compatible encryption devices.
