Our Service Differentiators

Features:

The company sets itself apart from competitors by not merely building to a specification, but evaluating assemblies at quote and offering detailed design for manufacturability, assembly and test feedback based on over 35 years of expertise. This process begins with with board layout and carries through prototype and into final production assembly.

One Stop Shopping: Our customers benefit from comprehensive capabilities under a single roof; state-of-the-art contract manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise with an intimate knowledge of the manufacturing processes. We have built a substantial and loyal customer base with its value proposition of having all the necessary functions under one roof. In fact, the vast majority of first-time customers return with repeat business - often increasing our role in their operational strategy.

Faster Time To Market: We help customers convert ideas or designs into proof of concept assemblies that can rapidly migrate into full-scale production. Our NPI team works directly with engineering teams on their projects and provides timely feedback regarding manufacturability and testability. This valuable information is used to guide the design effort that can lower production costs, improve quality and enhance performance. We have the ability to quick-turn prototypes with its 20+ dedicated NPI specialists; all IPC-610-A Class III certified.  This group serves as a vital link between the customers’ engineering teams and our production department. Rapid prototyping with valuable design feedback means full-scale production can begin sooner and run smoother. While their competition is waiting for their first prototypes, our customers can be on their way to market with finished product that has been optimized for production.

DFx – Design For Excellence: We offer design for manufacturability, assembly and test (DFM / DFA / DFT) expertise that:

  • Is offered in the form of an evaluation that is provided to engineering departments (in a consultative manner) for designs when we witness opportunities that can improve the manufacturing process and reduce costs
  • Has been provided proactively to entire customer engineering teams in the form of seminars that include distribution of a DFx guide that can be referenced during new designs
  • Is included in any design created for our customers
  • Has enabled customers to identify opportunities to streamline the build process and realize the lowest possible manufacturing cost
  • Has received national recognition for adding value to our customers
