We have the ability to quick-turn prototypes with its 20+ dedicated NPI specialists; all IPC-610-A Class III certified.  This group serves as a vital link between the customers’ engineering teams and our production department. Rapid prototyping with valuable design feedback means full-scale production can begin sooner and run smoother. DFx – Design For Excellence: We offer design for manufacturability, assembly and test (DFM / DFA / DFT) expertise that:

• Is offered in the form of an evaluation that is provided to engineering departments (in a consultative manner) for designs when we witness opportunities that can improve the manufacturing process and reduce costs
• Has been provided proactively to entire customer engineering teams in the form of seminars that include distribution of a DFx guide that can be referenced during new designs
