API Nanotronics Chief Technology Officer Chairs Session on Frontiers of Nanotechnology in Japan

(OTCBB: APIO) ("API") (the "Company') is pleased to announce that its Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Martin Moskovits, was recently invited by the Honorable Koji Omi, Minister of Finance for Japan, and Founder and Chairman of the Science and Technology Forum, to chair the discussion session on "New Frontiers of Science and Technology, Nanotechnology," in Kyoto, Japan on October 7th - 9th. The discussion session featured eminent panelists from Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. The STS forum attracted several hundred international attendees this year. 

API Nanotronics Commences Operations at Newly Acquired Nanotechnology Facility

August 28, 2007 -- API Nanotronics Corp. (OTCBB: APIO) ("API") (the "Company"), a leading supplier of electronic components and nanotechnology research and development for the defense and communications sectors, today announced commencement of operations at its new nanotechnology clean room facility in New Jersey. 

API acquired all of the research and fabrication facilities and intellectual property of NanoOpto Corp. in July 2007. API has now hired substantially all of the former NanoOpto engineers and technicians and has begun manufacturing nano-optical products based on nano-gratings and atomic layer deposition (ALD), the hallmark of NanoOpto's advanced nanotechnologies. The new division operates under the name API Nanofab Corporation and is located in Somerset, New Jersey.

Financial Highlights for Fiscal 2007

-- Record revenues of $20,532,010 compared to $15,634,093 in 2006, an increase of 31%;
-- Net loss for the year was ($953,503) or ($0.02) per share compared with profits of $716,598 in the previous year. This loss includes non-cash charges of over $2.4 million for items related to depreciation and stock based compensation;
-- Net Cash provided by operations was $639,957 compared to $539,270 for the previous year;

API Nanotronics Announces Record Month in New Orders

June 7, 2007 -- API Nanotronics Corp. (OTCBB: APIO) ("API") (the "Company"), a leading supplier of electronic components to the global defense and communications sectors, announced today approximately $3.5 million in new orders for May 2007, which is a record for the Company. 

Total new orders for the month of May equaled $3,497,996. In addition, API's backlog as of May 31, 2007 stood at $16,492,586, another record for the company. Order strength was evident across the Company's divisions and highlighted by $1.49 million from Filtran, a supplier of key components to the communications industry.

API's National Hybrid Announces Size Breakthrough for Military Standard-1553 Communications Interface

April 25, 2007 -- API Nanotronics Corp. (OTCBB: APIO) ("API") (the "Company"), a leading supplier of electronic components to the defense and communications sectors, is pleased to announce that its National Hybrid division has introduced the smallest Mil-Std-1553 integrated terminal available. 

As part of the NHI-156XXPBGA family of products, this low-cost terminal is targeted for high-volume defense markets such as GPS-guided vehicles, allowing sophisticated programmed instructions and data to be downloaded from stationary or airborne control centers. A broad range of applications will be pursued by API's sales and marketing team. The highly reliable plastic construction of the product allows it to meet harsh environmental requirements, while remaining cost effective in high-volume markets. 

API Nanotronics Reports Third Quarter Financial Results: Company Reports Highest Quarterly Revenues in Its History and Record Backlog of Over $16 Million

April 17, 2007 -- NEW YORK, API Nanotronics, Corp. (OTCBB: APIO) ("API" or the "Company"), a leading supplier of electronic components to the defense and communications sectors, today announced third quarter operating results for the period ended February 28, 2007. 

Quarterly Financial Highlights: 

-- Net sales of $4,643,203, a 40% increase over third quarter 2006 revenues of $3,309,703;
-- Gross profit increased $325,000 or 42% from $775,819 to $1,100,701;
-- Net loss for the quarter was $189,708 compared to $45,557 for the same period in 2006;
-- Strong balance sheet with over $8.5 million in cash and marketable securities.
