The company-owned flagship facility is a 110,000 square foot building located on a 10 acre site near Johnstown, PA. The state-of-the art, ISO 9001:2008-certified facility features 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space with a skilled staff of over 240 employees.

At this facility, the company offers a diverse set of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) with full turnkey capabilities, ranging from prototyping to high-volume production and System Integration with a specialty in 100 percent surface mount technology assembly. (Specialized surface mount placement equipment offers a total placement capacity of 250,000 components per hour.) The company also designs and manufactures mixed technology and hybrid design PC boards, including single or double sided, multi-layer circuit boards, fiberglass resin, polyester, flexible or ceramic. A full, through-hole assembly line is available for both low and high-volume production. The facility is customer qualified under IPC-A-610B and J-STD-001 Workmanship Standards.

Located in the heart of New York metro area, the ISO9001/2000 and AS9100 certified facility is conveniently located adjacent to Islip's McArthur Airport. The facility specializes in turnkey QML thick and thin film hybrid manufacturing (IAW MIL-PRF-38534). A highly skilled staff of Engineers, Technicians and Assemblers leverage state-of-the-art systems to design and manufacture a wide range of components, subsystems and turnkey solutions for the commercial, military, aerospace, space industries and other Hi-Rel applications.

The 30,000 square foot facility is home to the company's power and magnetics center of excellence, as well as Canadian Emanation Security / TEMPEST operations. 

The facility is fully equipped to carry out all phases of manufacturing and testing for an extensive range of power conversion equipment, including DC to DC converters, DC to AC inverters, ff-Line Switch Mode power supplies and Linear power supplies. A team of experienced and rigorously trained engineers operates a variety of specialized equipment, including:

The company’s custom-built European facility, owned and operated by subsidiary Secure Systems & Technologies, Ltd (SST), is the only TEMPEST testing facility of its kind in Europe. A CESG-accredited TEMPEST test house, the 22,000 square foot facility boasts five TEMPEST test cells and is staffed by highly qualified, Level Four accredited testers.
