SE3142TF TEMPEST System Enclosure, 42U 19" Rack, high security and capacity

The SE3142TF shielded cabinet provides a high level of RFI attenuation to enable use of unmodified COTS equipment in a TEMPEST application.

The shielded cabinet provides a minimum 60dB attenuation of the radiated emissions from 100MHz through 10GHz, ensuring that low emission levels enable it to be used for TEMPEST applications. SST also provides a range of integration, documentation and test services including formal testing of a configured system to SDIP-27 Level A. This service ensures that our customer receives a fully integrated, working, tested and documented system with appropriate compliances ready to be switched on and perform its desired function.

The SE3142TF cabinet has been designed to provide sufficient shielding to enable installation in an environment requiring TEMPEST protection. Because the rack itself is not an item of active data processing equipment it cannot itself be classed as TEMPEST. Only after testing with a defined configuration of equipment, interconnected and cable routed to a defined plan, can the cabinet be tested to SDIP-27 for compliance to TEMPEST standard.
