TEMPEST SS65TI Flatbed Duplex Scanner

The SS65TI is the latest development in TEMPEST flatbed scanners to SDIP 27 Level B (AMSG788A) from SST. The SS65TI features advanced image processing that allows you to scan even poor-quality documents at full speed and get exceptional images. Additionally, it allows for enhanced productivity by virtually eliminating the need to rescan or change settings. The automatic image cropping and straightening feature allows for outstanding image accuracy at full scanning speed.

The SS65TI combines a dual resolution CCD that allows for five output options -color, bi-tonal, grayscale, simultaneous bi-tonal and grayscale and simultaneous bi-tonal and color. Flexible electronic color dropout lets you adjust the red, green or blue channels via software to improve OCR and text recognition. The Perfect Page scanning feature lets you capture virtually any document with superb image clarity and dual stream output helps maximize your throughput and gives you the image types you need, when you need them.

User-replaceable, snap-in parts help you stay up and running. The built-in flatbed allows for scanning delicate or bound materials. The SS65TI is provided with a fast connection to our range TEMPEST-compliant workstations via Hi-Speed USB 2.0 compliant or optional SCSI-2 connection.
