Recruiting Process

We know that evaluating your next career move is a big decision. We have a recruiting process that is simple, yet thorough, and provides you an opportunity to meet with different people to understand our culture, values, and the work you will be performing. It is designed to let you know where you stand at each step. Thank you for considering APITech as your employer. We hope to connect with you through the recruiting process soon.

Search and Apply

You can search jobs at any time using your mobile device or computer. Our application process is designed to be fast. Login with your Linkedin credentials to apply in minutes.  Create your profile, upload your resume, and consider adding a job feed to receive future positions that match your background. 

Human Resources Interview

Your online profile is received. If you are a match for an open position you will be asked to complete a 20-30 minute phone screen with a member of the Human Resources team. 

Hiring Team Interview

The hiring team has determined you are a match for this opening and would like to speak with you. Depending on locations and schedules, this interview could be in-person or via phone. This is the opportunity to meet with APITech team members, on a one-to-one basis or a small panel.

One-Over-One Interview (role specific)

Depending on the position, candidates will have the opportunity to speak with the manager of the hiring manager; this is the one-over-one interview. This presents another opportunity to ask additional questions about the role and learn more about APITech as a whole organization. 

Job Offer

Once we select our top candidate, and an offer is presented, you will have 48 hours to accept or decline an APITech offer. An APITech representative will provide you with full offer details and an overview of the benefits package. 

Pre-employment Processing

Once an offer is accepted, we will begin the pre-employment process. Once this step is completed, we will finalize a start date to officially join APITech.
