Low Phase Noise Synthesizers

API offers a complete line of Low Phase Noise surface mount synthesizers. These configurable designs feature superior phase noise performance, a programmable EPROM, all in a small .800” square package. These Low Phase Noise synthesizers can also be customized for a customer’s particular requirements without NRE.

  • A built-in lookup table in the microcontroller allows for simplified frequency programming with a dual 8-bit binary frequency selection word.

  • Either parallel or serial programming can be accommodated using a simple USB interface.
Ultra Low Phase Noise Performance
  • Phase Noise Performance as low as -127 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz Offset.
  • Selectable steps sizes available from 1 kHz to 10 MHz
