Ultra-Low Phase Noise SAW Oscillators

APITech designs and manufactures hi-rel SAW oscillators for today’s space and defense market.  APITech utilizes a low jitter planar SAW which translates to extremely low phase noise performance.  These high performance SAW oscillators, in frequencies from 100 MHz to 4000 MHz, also feature high stability and reliability.  These oscillators also have extremely low sensitivity to vibration, making them ideal for aerospace applications.  APITech offers fixed frequency, voltage controlled and phase locked oscillators.
